ONE PILOT, ONE ENTRY
One active entry per person, email address and CallSign. Re-registering the same combination updates the selected country. Minors need permission from a parent or guardian.
EARTH DEFENSE LEAGUE DIRECTIVE 8841
YOUR COUNTRY
NEEDS YOUR SCORE.
Apparently saving eight worlds was not enough. Now there is paperwork.
GLOBAL HIGH-SCORE DIRECTIVE
ONE PILOT.
ONE COUNTRY.
ZERO EXCUSES.
Register the CallSign you use in The Omega Strain, then play for score. Each country may have its own competition period, rules and prizes. When that country's mission window closes, we verify the registered scores and identify its leaders.
The pilots who make it to the top can win unique 3D-printed figures from The Omega Strain universe — and selected country champions receive lifetime complimentary access to future Jatech Games digital releases.
Norway: three figures are available. Scores count from 14 November 2026 through 1 January 2027, and the three highest eligible registered Norwegian scores each win one. Choose your country during registration to see the directive that applies to you.
PHYSICAL LOOT DETECTED
POLYGONS.
NOW WITH GRAVITY.
Country prizes can differ by campaign. Norway has three unique 3D-printed figures: a small mothership, a large mothership and the player ship. The three highest eligible registered Norwegian scores each win one figure and complimentary access to future Jatech Games digital releases for life.
No loot box. No crafting tree. No need to collect twelve increasingly implausible minerals. Earth Defense League accounting has reluctantly approved the arrangement.
LIVE SCORE GRID
WORLD'S
TOP PILOTS.
Until Norway has at least three qualifying registered pilots, the official international high scores hold the screen. Development and test installations are excluded.
The final Norwegian result is verified after the score period closes on 1 January 2027. Tied prize positions are decided by draw.

Use exactly the same CallSign in the game. Otherwise the verification drones become confused, and nobody enjoys that paperwork.
- Register your CallSign, email and country.
- Play The Omega Strain using that CallSign.
- Push your score as high as physics and personal dignity allow.
- We verify the country leaders against the official leaderboard.
FIELD RULES — VERSION 2026-11-05
THE SHORT VERSION.
SAME CALLSIGN
Your registered CallSign must match the CallSign associated with the score we verify. Scores must come from normal play on the official game build during the score period for your country.
COUNTRY DIRECTIVES
Each country campaign may define its own score period, eligibility, rules and prizes. The country directive displayed when you register forms part of these rules.
PRIZES & PHYSICAL REALITY
Shipping depends on destination and applicable restrictions. Lifetime game access applies to Jatech Games digital releases supplied directly by Jatech, subject to platform-key availability; it excludes third-party titles, DLC and physical editions unless expressly stated.
Privacy & contact
Your email, CallSign and country are stored privately and used to administer the competition, verify eligibility and contact potential winners. They are not published or sold. You may withdraw by emailing jarle@jatechgames.com. Country-specific dates, territories, prize quantities and additional conditions are displayed in the registration form.
NO SHIP? THIS IS A PROBLEM.
